Subscriptions bought through the Microsoft commercial marketplace (Microsoft AppSource) are refunded by Microsoft under its marketplace terms. Start a refund from your Microsoft account or Microsoft support, not from this page.
An unused read pack is refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Once any reads from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable. To request a read-pack refund, email support@pansophyai.com with the email you used at checkout.
