Second Opinion for Sales is a tool your AI agent calls through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connect it to your agent, hand it a prospect's words, and your agent goes from generic advice to specifics on the person in front of you: what to lead with, where to push, where to ease off, and what loses the deal if you misread them. This page covers connecting the tool to your own AI agent, such as Anthropic's Claude, on a free plan you start with your email or your Microsoft account. If you use Microsoft Teams instead, or want a Team plan, see the Microsoft AppSource listing.

What you get

A single tool, second_opinion. You give it one person's words from a sales conversation, a call transcript, an email thread, or discovery notes, and tell it whether those words are the seller's or the prospect's. It returns a finished read your agent reasons over:

It returns words, not numbers. The behavioral analysis is the basis for the read, not part of the output.

What you need

Set it up

1. Start free

Choose how you want to start. Both give you the same free plan.

With your email. Enter your email and we send your personal connector URL. No Microsoft account needed.

2. Get your connector URL

Your personal connector URL is unique to your seat and is your credential, so keep it private. Anyone who has it can use your reads. If you started with your email, it arrives in an email from Second Opinion for Sales. If you started with a Microsoft account, it is shown once on the setup page, so copy it before you leave. If you lose it: with the email start, enter the same email on the activation page again and we send a fresh link, and the old one stops working. With the Microsoft start, contact support@pansophyai.com and we will reissue it.

3. Add it to your agent

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste your connector URL and connect. In Microsoft Copilot Studio or a custom agent, add the connector URL as an MCP server. Your connector URL already includes the correct path, so paste it exactly as issued. If you started with a Microsoft account, the setup page has the steps for your agent. Copilot Studio signs in with Microsoft instead of a connector URL.

4. Use it

Ask your agent to read a prospect from their own words. For example:

For a multi-speaker transcript, give the tool one speaker at a time. Each person needs at least 400 characters of their own words for a reliable read.

How your data is handled

Before any analysis, the text you submit is scrubbed of personally identifiable information inside Microsoft Azure. The scrubbed text is what reaches the scoring engine and the language model. The content you submit is held only for the active session and is discarded when the session ends. We retain only an anonymized analytical record that contains no identity and no source text. A free seat started with your email is identified only by a one-way code derived from the email, not the email address itself. Full detail, including the role of your AI agent and of Stripe for read packs, is in the Privacy Policy.
