Read packs
Need more reads than your free tier gives you in a month? Add a read pack. A pack is used only after your monthly reads run out.
Read packs are for free-tier users, on either the email or the Microsoft sign-in. On a Team plan, reads are managed through Microsoft, so packs do not apply; if you move to a Team plan later, any pack reads you already bought stay usable until they run out.
Buy a pack with your email or your Microsoft account. You are taken to Stripe to pay securely, and the price is shown before you confirm. Buy read packs.
Billing and refunds
- Team plans are billed through Microsoft AppSource. The free plan has no billing. Read packs are paid through Stripe.
- Plans bought through AppSource are refunded through the Microsoft marketplace.

Every plan runs the same pipeline. Your text is scrubbed of names, emails, and phone numbers before scoring. Nothing sensitive is kept. All scoring runs inside Microsoft Azure with Microsoft-only sign-in, and your content is never sent to an outside scoring service. See Responsible AI and Privacy.
