Activated

Your subscription is active and your seat is verified. Choose your agent below and follow the steps to connect.

Before you do anything else: if you are connecting Claude or ChatGPT, your connector URL appears in Step 1 of those tabs below. Copy it. Do not click it. Copilot Studio does not use a connector URL; it signs in with Microsoft. Opening the URL in a browser does nothing useful. This URL is shown once. If you navigate away before copying it, use the recovery instructions below.

Lost your connector URL? Find the confirmation email from Microsoft AppSource with the subject "Your SaaS subscription is ready." Click the activation link in that email, sign in with the same Microsoft 365 account you used to subscribe, and your connector URL will be reissued. If you no longer have that email, contact support@pansophyai.com and we will reissue it within one business day.

Works on all Claude plans  ·  Web, desktop, and mobile

No sign-in required inside Claude. Your connector URL is your seat. Keep it to yourself.

1

Copy your connector URL

This is your personal link. It connects Claude to your seat.

Your connector URL
Your connector link will appear here.
2

Open Claude Settings

Go to claude.ai. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click Settings.

A settings panel opens on the left side of the screen.
3

Go to Connectors

In the left sidebar, click Connectors, then click Customize in the top-right of the connectors panel.

A list of available connectors appears, with an Add button.
4

Add a custom connector

Click the + icon and choose Add custom connector. Paste the URL from Step 1 into the URL field. Leave all other fields empty. Click Add.

Second Opinion for Sales appears in your connectors list with a green connected indicator.
If you see an error, make sure you copied the full URL and there are no extra spaces. The URL must start with https://.
5

Use it in a chat

Start a new chat. Click the + icon next to the message box, find Second Opinion for Sales, and turn it on. Paste in a block of sales conversation text and ask Claude to run a second opinion on it.

Claude calls the tool and returns a key finding, a full second opinion, and next steps.
If Second Opinion for Sales doesn't appear in the + menu, go back to Settings → Connectors and confirm it shows as connected.
Requires ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu  ·  Web only

ChatGPT calls custom MCP servers "apps," and adding one needs Developer mode turned on first. This is a one-time setup. Because your connector URL is its own credential, you choose No authentication.

1

Copy your connector URL

Your connector URL
Your connector link will appear here.
2

Turn on Developer mode

Go to chatgpt.com. Open Settings, then Apps in the left sidebar. Click Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.

You return to the Apps screen and a Create app button is now visible.
If you don't see Developer mode, your plan may not support it. Confirm you're on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Edu, on the web.
3

Create the app

Click Create app. Name it Second Opinion for Sales. Leave the connection set to Server URL and paste the URL from Step 1. Set Authentication to No authentication.

A risk notice appears about custom MCP servers, with a checkbox to continue.
4

Acknowledge and create

Tick I understand and want to continue, then click Create.

Second Opinion for Sales is added and appears in your apps.
If ChatGPT cannot reach the server, check that you pasted the full connector URL with no extra spaces or line breaks.
5

Enable it for a conversation

Start a new chat. Click the + icon in the message bar, choose More, and select Second Opinion for Sales.

You enable it from the + menu in each new conversation. ChatGPT does not carry it over from your last chat.
6

Run your first read

Paste a block of sales conversation into the chat and ask ChatGPT to run a second opinion. Tell it whether the text is from the seller or the prospect.

ChatGPT calls the second_opinion tool and returns a key finding, the full second opinion, and next steps.
For IT administrators and agent builders. Copilot Studio deploys Second Opinion for Sales to your whole team using Dynamic discovery: you enter one server URL and Copilot configures authentication for you. No app registration, no client secret, and no per-user connector URL to distribute. Everyone uses their own Microsoft 365 sign-in. The tool installs on an existing agent; deploying it as a child agent of a master sales agent, with copy-paste description and instructions, is covered in the Getting Started guide.
Copilot Studio access is its own requirement. The person doing this setup needs maker access to Copilot Studio: a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, a Copilot Studio user license, or the Copilot Studio authors role. A Copilot Studio trial lets you build and test but cannot publish. To run the published agent, each user needs a Microsoft 365 Copilot license (agent usage under their own sign-in is included), or your tenant needs Copilot Studio capacity (Copilot Credits, prepaid or pay as you go). The tool also requires generative orchestration to be turned on for the agent.

Pause here. A Microsoft 365 administrator completes this part first.

One time per organization, an administrator makes Second Opinion for Sales known to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Until this is done, sign-in fails with error AADSTS650052. If you are not an administrator, copy this section to the person who is, and wait for their confirmation before continuing. Both parts take under five minutes.

A. Create the service principal. In a terminal with the Azure CLI, signed in to your tenant (az login --allow-no-subscriptions), run:

az ad sp create --id 86171dc8-e8f7-499f-ad82-595d75162961

B. Grant consent. In a browser, signed in as a Global Administrator of your tenant, paste this address and accept:

Run A before B. The landing page after B may show a sign-in error from our server; that is expected and harmless. What matters is the address bar: admin_consent=True with no error= parameter means consent succeeded.

Do not continue past this point until your administrator confirms both parts are done.

Copy the MCP endpoint

MCP endpoint
https://mcp.pansophyai.com/mcp
Copilot Studio fills in the server name and description on its own once it reads the URL. If the description field looks too short or generic, paste this instead.
Server description
AI-powered sales coaching using OCEAN behavioral science, running entirely inside Microsoft Azure.
2

Open your agent in Copilot Studio

Go to copilotstudio.microsoft.com and open the agent you want to add Second Opinion for Sales to.

3

Add the MCP tool and set authentication. This step makes or breaks the connection

In the agent editor, click Add a tool, then New tool, and choose Model Context Protocol. Paste the endpoint from Step 1 as the server URL.

For authentication, choose OAuth 2.0, then Dynamic discovery. Nothing else.

Do not choose "No authentication." The tool may appear to save, but every call will be rejected, and the half-made connection has to be deleted before you can retry cleanly. If you already created one with No authentication, delete that tool and start again.

Leave the other fields alone; they fill in from the server. Click Create.

The tool is created without asking you for a client ID, client secret, or Authorization, Token, and Scope URLs. If it asks for those, authentication is not set to Dynamic discovery; go back and fix it before continuing.
4

Add to your agent and sign in once

Add the tool to your agent and choose Create new connection. Sign in with the same Microsoft 365 account that holds the active subscription, and approve the consent prompt.

A connection is created and the second_opinion tool is listed for your agent.
If sign-in fails with AADSTS650052, the administrator step at the top of this tab has not been completed in your tenant. If it fails on the license, confirm the account has a seat in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing → Licenses → Second Opinion for Sales. If your tenant restricts consent, an administrator approves it once for everyone.
5

Connect for the first time in the test chat

Open the test chat and send any message that uses the tool. The first time, the chat will not run the tool; it tells you a connection is needed. Click Open connection manager, find Second Opinion for Sales in the list, click Connect, sign in, and allow. Then return to the test chat and try again.

The connection shows as Connected in the connection manager, and the test chat stops asking.
Every user gets this one-time connect prompt the first time they use the agent. It is normal; they connect once with their own Microsoft 365 account and it holds from then on.
6

Run it from a chat, then publish

Test it from an actual chat with your agent, not the tool setup page. Paste a block of sales conversation and ask for a second opinion on the seller or the prospect. Then save and publish so your team can use it wherever you deploy Copilot Studio agents; each user signs in with their own Microsoft 365 account.

The agent returns a key finding, the full second opinion, and next steps.
If the setup page says "No tools available," that is cosmetic. The tool runs from a real agent chat.
