How does billing work?

Second Opinion uses metered billing through Microsoft commercial marketplace. Each user receives five (5) free document analyses for the lifetime of their account. After the free tier, usage is billed at $0.0005 per word analyzed (metered through the words_analyzed dimension, counted after PII scrubbing). The billing unit is one document analysis: rewrites of the written narrative within the same session are not separately billed. You are invoiced by Microsoft in accordance with your Microsoft Customer Agreement. There is no subscription, no seat license, and no tenant-level minimum.

What file types does Second Opinion accept?

The Software accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, and VTT (Microsoft Teams meeting transcripts). Files are uploaded through the standard Teams file attachment mechanism inside the bot conversation. Direct audio transcription is not supported in the current version; bring your own transcript.

Where is my data stored?

All data is processed and stored within Microsoft Azure's United States data centers (East US 2 region). No data leaves the Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Uploaded files and extracted text are discarded at session close; derived trait scores and written narratives are retained by Pansophy AI as described in the Privacy Policy.

Can Second Opinion make hiring decisions?

Second Opinion is not a hiring tool. It produces descriptive analysis of language patterns only. It does not make recommendations of any kind, does not score candidates on a hireability scale, and does not rank applicants. Its output can be used as one input among multiple documented factors in a hiring process, but never as the sole or primary basis for any employment decision. All outputs require human review.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email privacy@pansophyai.com with your account information and a deletion request. We will action valid requests within 7 business days and confirm completion by email. Uploaded files and extracted text are already discarded at session close, so deletion requests apply to derived outputs, billing counters, and entitlement records.

What languages are supported?

The Software currently supports English-language documents. Psycholinguistic analysis accuracy may vary for speakers of English as a second language. This limitation is disclosed during onboarding.

How do I cancel or stop being billed?

Second Opinion has no subscription to cancel. Billing is metered: you pay only for the words you analyze, per document, above the free-tier entitlement. To stop being billed, simply stop submitting documents, or uninstall the app through the Microsoft Teams admin center. Usage already reported to Microsoft commercial marketplace for the current billing period is not refundable except as required by applicable law.

What should I do if I find a security vulnerability?

Please report security vulnerabilities responsibly by emailing support@pansophyai.com with the subject line "Security Disclosure." We will respond within one business day and work to address confirmed vulnerabilities promptly.
